Ivan Russo

Ivan Russo is the voice of The Ides of March, co-founder of the band together with guitarist Tony De Padua and drummer Luca Romanò.
Ivan has been a loyal Maiden fan since the 90s and his "heart" album has always been Killers.
Ivan has a long experience as a metal vocalist and countless concerts under his belt, mainly held in Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Citing the most relevant experiences, Ivan's career as a metal vocalist began in the melodic death metal band “Unscriptural” in the early 2000s, and then continued with a series of bands including the Austrians “Soul of Wit” until 2013 and, in Italy (Rome), “Rainfall”, “Ivory Moon”, “Riot Act” until 2018. 

Arriving in Milan at the end of 2018, Ivan founded "The Ides of March". 
He also joins the project “Monkey-B - Skid Row Tribute” (formerly “Creepshows”), where he will remain until 2023. 
Since 2022 he has also been lead vocalist of the Lombard heavy metal band "Maximum Overdrive". 
A brief parenthesis also in the "Knights of Babylon-Ronnie James Dio Tribute" project in 2023. 
Currently Ivan's two active projects are "Maximum Overdrive" and "The Ides of March".
